Terms & Conditions
Our quotes are good for 30 days and are tentative
until your job is in our
shop for inspection. A new estimate will be made if
any additional costs
are required. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American
Express.
Overage or undercount will not exceed 5%. Normal turnaround
is 5 working days upon your approval of our proof.
Rush jobs are accepted subject to our workload and
are priced accordingly. Shipping is not included unless
noted on the quote or job order. All jobs are COD
unless terms are arranged.
Customer is responsible for proofing the finished
job. High Tech Printing must be notified of any deficiencies
within 48 hours of receipt of order and arrangements
must be made to return the job. We do not accept COD
shipments of any kind. We regret that no cash refunds
will be made once a project has been printed.

Quality Assurance Procedures
We want you to be happy with the quality of your print
order. Should you find a manufacturing defect or an
error introduced by us, notify us within 48 hours
of receipt of your order. Upon return of your job
to our shop we will inspect it. If High Tech Printing
is responsible for the defect or error, we will reprint
your job at no additional cost to you, from your original
files.
Our guarantee does not cover customer errors, so please
be sure to check your job thoroughly before submitting
it to us, and after receiving your soft (PDF) or digital
hard proof for approval. Please see Sending
