Proofing
Customers will be provided a softproof (PDF of your file as set up for our press) or a digital hardproof from our Star Proof/EPSON Stylus Pro 7600. We MUST receive a signoff via email or on the proof authorizing us to proceed before we can begin printing your job.

Proofs and the final print job itself are completed to industry-defined “pleasing color standards.” We do not offer exact color matches to your monitor or desktop inkjet proofs. Our digital hardproofs offer the best representation of final print quality. Letter-size digital hardproofs are $10.00; tabloid is $20.00; full press sheet size (19x25) is $40.00.

Billing for Changes/Corrections
To avoid extra costs and delay, be sure your files are complete, properly formatted and proofed before submitting them to us. Corrections and changes requested after the job is in our hands or that are made necessary by improperly prepared files will be made by our staff and billed at $80/hour, billable in 15-minute increments with a 15-minute minimum.
