Delivering Media to Us
If you wish to bring your files to us, click below for
a map or for driving directions to our plant. We accept
PC and Mac-formatted files on floppies, 100MB or 250MB
ZIP disks, 1GB JAZZ disks, CDs and 4.7 GB DVDs

Files
If your files can be Stuffed (Mac) or Zipped (PC) to
yield a compressed file of no more than 3MB, you may
email us
with the file attached. If you are using Stuffit for
the Mac or PKZip for the PC, there is no need to make
your file self-extracting. If you are using a rare or
nonstandard compression program, please make your file
self-extracting.
FTP Information
You can transfer files to our ftp site using an FTP
utility like Fetch (Mac) or WS-FTP (PC) using this exact
information:

You can also use your browser to access our ftp site
by clicking here,
entering the user name and password, then simply dropping
your file(s) into your browser window.
Make sure that all files you transfer over the Internet
have a dot-three extension (i.e., .tif, .eps, .qxd,
etc.) or—better yet—that you have compressed
them into one archive with a dot-three extension (like
.zip or .sit). This assures the least possibility of
data corruption over the Internet. |
